Summer Touch Rugby
All are welcome! No experience necessary!
Join us for informal flag and touch rugby every Tuesday and Thursday, from 5:30 pm 'til sunset. We play co-ed with the Men's Grunion Team at Chase Palm Park. Look for us on the ocean side (map here). Free parallel parking along Cabrillo or paid parking at the Wharf. Wear athletic clothes and sneakers (or cleats if you have them) and bring water. On Thursdays, stick around after touch and hang out with us over a drink! Email santabarabararugby@gmail.com or message us on Instagram with questions.
Season Practices
During 7s season in the summer, we practice from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Chase Palm Park.
During 15s season in the winter, we practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00pm-8:30pm at Elings Park on the Mesa. We meet at soccer field #2 (see map below).

June 7th: Mermaids play at the Ventura 7s Rugby Tournament (away)
July 17th: Silent auction fundraiser for SB Mermaids (time and location TBD)
August 16th: Mermaids host and play at the Santa Barbara 7s Tournament at Elings Park (home)
Home games and 15's practices are at Elings Park (soccer field #2) on the Mesa.
