Whether you’re someone who enjoys an intense work out, or has never played a sport: Get in shape, make new friends, learn something new! No experience necessary! You will fall in love with rugby at any age.
You’ll find an entire family of passionate and strong womxn to support you on & off the pitch. Open to all women and nonconforming people age 18+ in Goleta, Santa Barbara, and all neighboring cities.
Rugby is an exponentially growing sport here in the U.S. With the recent USA Women's rugby team making history by winning the USA's first ever (!!!) medal in Olympic 7s, the interest and level of play is constantly being elevated!
Upcoming Events
Sunday September 28th: Skills Training! Join us at Chase Palm Park from 12pm to 1pm for an exciting rugby skills clinic led by Miranda! All experience levels welcome.
Stay tuned! Our 15s season practices are set to resume in October at Elings Park.
Rugby 7s Practice: Come to Chase Palm Park on Tuesday-Thursday evenings for some co-ed practice. All are welcome, regardless of experience level! Feel free to watch or play, and join at any point!

Season Matches: Come watch the Mermaids play against other women's teams from all over California! We'll be playing in 15s tournaments about once or twice a month from January to May.
